Ralph Bates can usually be found during the summertime at Hyland Field in Manchester watching the Mariners play. Also, it is not uncommon for the Mariners' #1 fan to become their 9th player in a pinch. Ralph has been a great friend to the ITL over the years and it is no surprise to us that his goodwill has reached far beyond this small baseball league.
