Chief's knock off the Tories

The Chiefs knocked off the Tories by a score of 11-6. Brad Eaton got the call for the Tribe, throwing four strong innings. Scott "Hornet" Morrison came in for the 5th and 6th. Matt Lane made his 2007 debut tossing a scoreless 7th to secure the victory.

The Chiefs came out swinging the bats early taking a quick 5-0 lead. Chris Zaremba had a big double in the 1st to open the flood gates for the early advantage. Andy Knox also picked up his first ITL hit of his young career with a base hit to right in the top of the 5th.

The Chiefs are at home again on Monday night as they face the HW Generals for the first time this season. Andy Workman takes to the hill for his first start of the season. Its always a great match up when the Generals come into the reservation.
