Rockport Townies Fight Back in Loss to Hamilton Generals
Rockport Townies (0-1) fought back after falling down by four runs in the fifth inning. The comeback fell just short though, in a 7-6 defeat to Hamilton Generals (1-0) on Sunday. Rockport Townies scored four runs in the failed comeback on a single by Kyle Nelson in the sixth, a walk by Keady Segel in the seventh, and a fielder's choice by Nelson in the seventh. The Generals were able to fend off the comeback earning a tough win at Evans Field.
