Dylan Wilson led the Mariners to victory by driving in four runs. Wilson went 2-for-3 at the plate with 2 home runs, both in the second inning.
Rusty Tucker earned the win as he lasted four innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out 11. Wilson and Caulin Rogers entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Corey Greaney pitched well in relief for the Chiefs, going four and one-third innings, allowing zero runs on four hits and striking out six.
The Mariners scattered nine hits in the game. Emmanuel Morrata and Wilson each collected multiple hits.
Alex Morris led Ipswich Chiefs with two hits in three at bats.
