Hamilton Generals Grabs Lead in Sixth Inning to Defeat Rowley Rams
Hamilton Generals took the lead late and defeated Rowley Rams 9-7 on Thursday. The game was tied at seven with Hamilton Generals batting in the bottom of the sixth when Harrison O'Brien lined out, driving in a run.
Hamilton Generals earned the victory despite allowing Rowley Rams to score five runs in the fourth inning. Rowley Rams offense in the inning was led by Justin Bolla, Cashman, Ingraham, and White, all driving in runs in the inning. Hamilton Generals got things started in the first inning when an error scored one run for Hamilton Generals.
Jake Lanciani earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Hamilton Generals. The ace lasted three innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out two and walking zero.
