Rockport Townies opened up scoring in the first inning. Rockport Townies scored one run when Mike Emerson singled. Derek Osmond led things off on the hill for Rockport Townies. He lasted five and a third innings, allowing six hits and one run while striking out three and walking zero.

Peter Clark started the game for Man./Essex Mariners. He went five innings, allowing four runs on eight hits and striking out five. Kellen Field threw one inning in relief.  Rockport Townies racked up eight hits on the day. Nolan Webb and Alex Webb each racked up multiple hits for Rockport Townies. Webb went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Rockport Townies in hits.
