Generals 5 Chiefs 2

U.S. Army Specialist Michael Drinkwater made a triumphant return to the mound at Patton Park Tuesday night, getting the spot start and going six strong innings for the win.  Drinkwater, home on leave for the holiday, yielded only four hits and four walks and struck out eight in his first effort throwing off a mound in 11 months.  The Generals trailed 2-1 going into the bottom of the fifth, but rallied for four runs to take the lead.  Cam Charette retired all three hitters he faced, two via strikeout, to earn the save.  Mike Chandler had two key hits for Hamilton.  Greg Doucette pitched a complete game for Ipswich, but was charged with the loss.
