Rams 8 Townies 4

On a breezy night at Evans Field the Rowley Rams defeated the Rockport Townies 8-4. The Townies playing their third game in as many days managed three hits off Rowley pitching.

The Rams were led by Johnson (2for4 2runs scored), Thibault (3for4 3 rbis) and Mariani (3for5 hr and 2rbis). The Townies were led by Robertson (2for3 rbi and 2 runs scored). Wile got the win, giving up 2 hits over six innings and Leavitt closed it out. Osmond went six innings in defeat.

Townies travel to Ram Country on Wednesday for a 5:45 tilt.
