Ipswich 12 - Rockport 3

Ipswich was able to grab the first of back to back games with a great pitching performance by Kevin Michael. He pitched a complete game scattering 8 hits with 6 K's over 7 innings. The Ipswich offense was fueled by Dave Shoreman (3-4, 2B, 3RBI, 2R) while Ant Hernadez and Ryan Montecalvo had two hits each. Dylan Durning was a welcomed addition to the line-up making a diving catch in left, throwing out a runner at second, and scoring 4 runs.

The Chiefs face off tonight against Rockport at 6:30 under the lights and try to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
