Jackson, Generals over Giants: 7-1

Jon Jackson pitched a complete game gem for the Hamilton Generals as they were able to defeat the Beverly Giants. Jackson allowed only 2 hits on the night, 1 unearned run, and struck out 10 on the way to the victory. Luke Deschamps was charged with the loss in 5 innings of work.

The Generals got on the board in the first on a Jones solo HR. The Generals manufactured one more in the second with two outs. Luke Painchaud and Brian Marques worked back-to-back walks followed by a Maidment RBI single. Jered Stewart added 2 solo HR's later in the game, one in the third, and the next in the fifth. Justin Tilley also added a 2-out, 2-rbi single to round out the Generals scoring. Stewart, Vitale, Luke Painchaud, & Maidment all had multi-hit games for the Generals. Hickey and C. Freni got the two hits for the Giants.
