The Rockport Townies defeated the Rowley Rams by a score of 6-3 on a foggy Sunday evening at Evans Field in Rockport. Matt Sharon went the distance for Townies with 8 K's and 4 BB's.

Mike Emerson paced the offense in his ITL debut with a HR and 4 rbis and Brent Currier added two hits and two rbis as well.
